To put it simply, we are a state of the art tattoo studio that doubles as a place to be comfortable and safe during the tattooing process. We always provide clean, fresh towels and linens for all clients to use during the tattoo session. Nobody likes sweaty leather chairs or therapy beds with sweat from other clients. Towels and linens are changed between every session to maintain a sterile environment.

In continuing with our 'taking no chances' approach, brand new needles with new tubes are always utilized. Tattoo machines are all wrapped, including chords and connections for redundant protection. We always clean the space for blood-born pathogens and commission air purifiers to catch anything that could jaepordize someone's health. We also follow protocols to decontaminate the space with biodegradable cleaning solutions like Green Soap just to be safe.

Mental health is also a large part of the setting in that we want a relaxing space for clients. We have amazing restrooms available for use at any time, a complimentary kitchen, and a green-space inspired private suite for tattoo work. Inside the work space, you'll find botanical works of art, a waterfall, and some very cozy seating as well as complimentary hot towels.

As for the tools of the trade that I personally use, my work utilizes a very unique, hybrid tattoo machine. That is to say, it's a cross between a coil style and a rotary machine. So essentially, it feels like the old school machines but is operationally quiet to help keep my client's anxiety to a minimum when tattooing. It's analog, it's precise, and most importantly it's one of the best made tattoo machines ever manufactured. Suffice to say, that means you as the client will be getting the best quality tattoo for your money.

Now for the inks... For black ink I personally stay with Panthera Ink as this is the ink that I have seen keep tattoos looking new almost 14 years later. We usually discourage color in tattoos due to how random color inks react to aging and different skin types. While initially color tattoos look amazing, they can have unintended side effects like skin reactions and discoloration. This can happen regardless of the ink brand as every person's bodily chemistry is different.

While the care I give to my clients may be heavily influenced by my nursing background, my philosophy is this; I'd rather spend a little bit more on supplies to give my client the best experience and an amazing time than to cheap out just to save a buck. Again, I try to treat my clients with the same service I'm wanting from a tattoo artist working on my own body. I believe Jesus once said, "Do to others as you would have them do to you." - Luke 6:31, NIV
